Tumble Tester II
- Class of its own
- Heinä's Tumble Tester II is used to test the breakage of various small items and components. This machine can be used to perform the standard tests IEC 60068-2-31 (incorporated IEC 68-2-32 and BS EN 60068-2-32).
- Operating principles
- The item to be tested is placed in the Tumble Tester. The desired number of falls is selected and the machine is set in motion. After this the machine will drop the item onto the base of the machine at random positions (free fall).
- The rotation speed of the machine is selected in order to get the item to fall to the middle of the base. The machine can be modified according to the customer's wishes.
- The Tumble Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 2006/42/EY, 2006/95/EY, 2004/108/EY and standard SFS-EN ISO 12100 have been applied.

Drop Tester DT2000s with optional high-speed camera
- High-class drop testing
- Heinä's Drop Tester is used to test the breakage of various small items and components.
- Operating principles
- The item to be tested is attached to the suction pads of the machine and dropped from selected speed of 3.45-6.25 m/s or height of 600-2000 mm.
- The dropping tray guides the item down towards the base in a right angle. With our Drop Tester you can also attach a high frequency video camera to the equipment in order to verify what actually happens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine.
- The Drop Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 2006/42/EY, 2006/95/EY, 2004/108/EY and standard SFS-EN ISO 12100 have been applied.

Abrasion Tumbler 640/3i
- Innovative abrasion tumbler
- Heinä's Abrasion Tumbler is used to test electronic devices' durability against small particles such as dust, textile dust or sand.
- Operating principles
- The items to be tested are placed inside three lockers of Abrasion Tumbler’s drum. Inside of the drum is covered with denim and small denim strips are used as the standard abrasion material within the lockers too. Depending on user’s needs, other material can be used as well.
- All three lockers are separated from each other with a dust proof wall. Both front and back of the drum is made of transparent polycarbonate.The rotation speed of the drum is possible to set 10?30 rpm. Testing period can be set with a programmable counter.
